Today we will be practicing forgiveness<\/span><\/p>

in its highest form<\/span><\/p>

This may seem quite radical<\/span><\/p>

but forgiving <\/span>is <\/span><\/em>forgetting<\/span><\/p>

when we recognize that, in truth<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>nothing ever actually occurred<\/p>

overlooking the idea entirely<\/span><\/p>

and <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>removing all of the false meaning that we gave it<\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Forgiveness is usually seen<\/span><\/p>

as wrongdoing taking place<\/span><\/p>

the victim rising above it and choosing to forgive<\/span><\/p>

But what if it was always <\/span>we<\/span><\/em><\/p>

that dreamed the dream we see?<\/span><\/p>

What if we have never been<\/span><\/p>

the victim of our reality?<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

We could never be alone and apart from the whole<\/span><\/p>

but the ego says we have separated<\/span><\/p>

that we should fear the consequences<\/span><\/p>

the guilt and shame is unbearable<\/span><\/p>

so we push our feelings away<\/span><\/p>

Projecting it all outside of ourselves<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Bang<\/span><\/em><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The world we experience is a mirror<\/span><\/p>

of what we believe to be true<\/span><\/p>

reflecting these beliefs back at us<\/span><\/p>

as an opportunity to see<\/span><\/p>

Now we have a choice<\/span><\/p>

Do we believe the impossible<\/span><\/p>

and continue this fearful dream?<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>Or do we let them all go<\/p>

and allow the truth to reveal itself<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Everyone is another you<\/span><\/p>

How you see another is how you see yourself<\/span><\/p>

When you condemn someone<\/span><\/p>

you are condemning yourself<\/span><\/p>

and thus, keeping yourself bound<\/span><\/p>

by your own judgments<\/span><\/p>

There is no battle out there<\/span><\/p>

There are no opponents<\/span><\/p>

It is all you<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>In forgiving the world<\/p>

you are forgiving yourself, forgiving the ego<\/span><\/p>

and thus, setting the world free<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

All that can change is an illusion<\/span><\/p>

and the truth will always be true<\/span><\/p>

In forgiving every belief as it comes up<\/span><\/p>

Bit by bit, we are healing this illusion of separation<\/span><\/p>

Remembering our holy nature<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Notice today, whenever you feel that there is something wrong in the world<\/span><\/p>

some injustice or reason to fight<\/span><\/p>

When you feel attacked or unfairly treated<\/span><\/p>

or even slightly disturbed<\/span><\/p>

no matter how big or small<\/span><\/p>

Take a deep breath<\/span><\/p>

Recognise you are viewing your own mind<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>remember the reason you are seeing this outside<\/p>

is so that you don't have to acknowledge it inside<\/span><\/p>

Forgive what you see<\/span><\/p>

Forgive yourself<\/span><\/p>

In accepting that it is yours<\/span><\/p>

Hold it within the spaciousness of Love<\/span><\/p>

You can choose again<\/span><\/p>

You can break the cycle<\/span><\/p>

Relax and say to yourself<\/span><\/p>

\u2018I forgive this, and I set myself free\u2019<\/span><\/p>
